Overview

Chae-Young, a North Korean soldier stationed at the border, is tasked with launching trash-filled balloons across it. While fullfilling his task, a CD from a downed South Korean balloon falls at his feet. His decision to pick it up challenges his perception of truth, authority, and societal norms.
