Stefan, Markus, and Dieter are among the last postmen of their kind – some have been doing the job for nearly half a century. At Kronberg’s delivery hub, they see how letters are getting smaller, parcels are getting bigger, and their familiar working world is gradually disappearing. Although scanners and efficiency targets now set the pace, they hold fast to their professional ethos: the route doesn’t end until the deliveries are all made.
